Had a thought, could you do a big QR code sticker for car back windows to scan as an incentive to join “refer a friend type thing” a lot of advertising when driving about.

I doubt many people would use them.
It’s pretty easy to do yourself though, and if you think you’d get enough referrals your, outlay would be covered in no time.
