Hi, I’ve recently switched over from the Co-operative bank, really easy to use so keep up the good work. In the press recently there have been stories about Revolut and trouble they’ve been in with the FCA for inadequate AML controls. Do Monzo look at these stories to ensure that the those mistakes aren’t repeated here?
Yes hence so many accounts getting frozen
