Money transferring to pot and paying bill on same day

I have set up a bills account and moved all my direct debits and standing orders to come from that pot. I have set up a regular transfer from my main account to that pot on payday.

Today, my payment was taken from my main account and put into the pot but the two standing orders due out, both of which are set to come out of the bills pot, came out of my main account, sending that into overdraft.

Where am I going wrong?

P.S. I have never seen such a cool banking app with so many features

All direct debits or standing orders from a Pot will actually come out of your main account - if you check the transaction history you will see the money being transferred from the pot to your account before the payment goes out. You may want to consider transferring the money into the bills pot once you’ve been paid (using the Salary Sorter.)
