Hi all,
Tried to use my Mondo card to buy a poster from Mondo [Tees] - but it failed. It stated that the address/post-code did not match and ultimately failed my transaction. However, I checked the app and it seems a transaction was made along with a nominal $1 - which I am not entirely sure about.
Any clues what is going on? I have emailed the other Mondo to ask them if the transaction went through on their side. Would love to hear your thoughts on this.
In any case, I found the coincidence in the names somewhat amusing!
