Jumping on this - I agree with everyone else, Metro is a poor choice. However they do have an in-app chat?
Do you talk to a real person or is it some AI chat-bot?
It’s like most chats. It has a chat bot and then you end up in a queue to speak to someone
I’m not sure if this has been mentioned or not but you can now get instant notifications for card spend with Metro Bank.
Doesn’t appear to work for web purchases as far as I have tested.
