Merchant Data Corrections

I’ve got it changed for individual investments but each new one comes through without a logo.

Yeah, I’ve got 3. One was successfully changed, 2 I’ve reported a combined total of 20 times, contacted COp’s today and they said they updated it, but it’s not showing on my end…

So randomly Plum direct debits are no longer enriched which is odd as the day the before it was due to come out it was fine.

Arrrrgggghhhhh, this is getting supremely frustrating.

iTunes can get changed to an old, incorrect logo after being correct for years:

But I can’t get the “Ltd” dropped from “Fabrique”?!

I’ve also been trying for weeks to get the logo added for John Bell & Croyden, with no luck :tired_face:

If this is something that truly annoys you guys take the 2 mins to scroll to the top and vote.

Its the only way to show how much of an annoyance it actually is :man_shrugging:

Yep it was fine since forever and now this is just odd how it suddenly happened not even the merchant data has changed so why the logo and name has gone I will never know.

Can’t help but just laugh now it was showing as an Online Transaction not so long ago now this seriously what’s going on with Merchant Data lately.

The old iTunes logo really baffles me. It isn’t on any official website or social media as far as I can find. Someone worked really hard to submit the wrong logo.

This morning Capital One which since day one was correct is now incorrect. As today is payment day for me, about 75% of my merchant data that was correct last month is now incorrect this month :persevere:.

As this is a core feature of Monzo it is now completely unusable for me.

I did reach out to COPs to get some of these changed, but they point black refused and have allowed the old incorrect data to persist where previously the data was correct. I just do not get this.

Hopefully, this gets fixed.

Same here

I’m just gonna say it, merchant services and the way it is being handled by Monzo is absolute sh1t.

I leave the forums for 5 months and this problem not only hasn’t been addressed, but seems to have gotten worse, hooray!

I’ve submitted maybe a dozen in the last few months. Most haven’t been touched, one was changed correctly and one was completely munged (an online transaction turned into a POS transaction where the address was their Twitter handle…).

Still not updated since 16th June.

Another thought on merchant feedback, maybe it’s time Monzo update this misinformation and be more truthful with it’s customers?

I’ve done the same with my local premier. Weirdly if I pay using JA it says Premier Local and with CA is says Gill Convenience. Not sure how that’s happening! Also the logo has never been updated to Premier. Disappointed :frowning:

It does seem that logo updates for already “enriched” merchants go astray (or are, I am sure not deliberately, overlooked)

I have had reasonable joy getting new merchants “enriched” fairly quickly lately, though my three from Thursday night are awaiting attention

My Freetrade transactions have now started coming through as some garbled mess. So annoying.
