Just one generic one: I’m seeing three TfLs on my feed. But the option to report changes isn’t there for TfL merchants:
This makes me sad.
Anecdotally I would say Twitter logos are being sorted separately

I’m curious about how this works, in the example above (ignoring the fact that you say it doesn’t let you report it), what happens if I deem one them different to you?
If I think the middle one is how it should be, but you think the bottom one is how it should be, what happens when we’re playing merchant data corrections tennis and wasting both our times and someone at Monzos? Who then can’t do ones that actually need changing?

This one as seen in my previous comment is still incorrect @cookywook if you could have a look, messaged in app on this because its a wrong logo and name it could cause people to think theyve been “frauded” but still hasnt been fixed yet unfortunately
Lots of small shops don’t have twitter and make up a significant part of my feed, I’ve tried sending links to images on Google of their logos but it never gets accepted, any ideas or advice on the picture size/ resolution?

Just submitted a couple, let’s see if they get fixed fingers crossed
I’ve had a couple of instances recently where I’ve suggested updates, the name gets done and the generic category icon goes but is replaced with, well… nothing.
Have tried clearing cache and data (on Android), but still the same. Category icon appears first and then refreshes to show an empty white space.

This has happened to me as well not sure what’s causing it and cleared cache too it’s a bit odd as the Twitter or Facebook used has a logo so just seems weird that it’s not pulling a logo.

It’s gone up to several of mine now, but there must also be a bit of a backlog for logos now (while prioritising names?) as that’s most of my remaining corrections now
I just resubmitted some of mine - some have been pending since spring 2019!
I REALLY hope they get done this time. Doesn’t seem like any of mine have been updated yet.

Is that a forthcoming direct debit? It’s like that too for mine that haven’t actually been taken yet. If I go to an actual transaction in the past, the option is there.
Strange! Although at least you can still suggest enrichments by going to previous months.

I have found that quite a lot of the names have been corrected recently but the logo and/or location hasn’t. Seems weird when I’ve submitted a logo, address and name why all 3 doesn’t get updated at the same time

I think they’ve been prioritising that because it plays more of a part in Year In Monzo
Twitter icons seem to have disappeared to another queue right now

I was hoping that they’d sort out some of the grouping, which would seem to be essential to Year In Monzo. Instead, some of the names seem to have been fixed, but not added to the existing merchant groups (which I think would sort out the logo etc, too).
