Idea :light_bulb:

Let Monzo Max customers claim YouTube Premium OR have a discounted YT Premium option where we can pay £6 for premium (use lite to discount the full premium plan usually £12.99)

If we are getting YT Lite anyway we should be able to choose to upgrade to full YT Premium for a few quid more? Ideally free but should still be some middle ground if that isn’t possible.

Example: I am already paying £12.99 a month for YouTube Premium, so why not allow me to use Monzo to discount this? Rather than getting Lite free I would pay a few £ more to have premium.

It’s for YouTube to offer any additional reduced subscription rate. Speak to them.

YT aren’t going to offer that. Monzo design their packages so its just putting feedback on their radar.

Literally signed up to the community to make this exact point!

I’m already a YouTube Premium subscriber and want to stay on full Premium, so unfortunately the Lite perk has no value to me.

Monzo, if you’re listening — please give us the option to upgrade from Lite to full YouTube Premium for a smaller additional monthly fee. I’d happily pay the difference!
