Hypothetically what would happen when withdrawing £201 abroad at an atm machine. Would Monzo charge 3% on the £1?

Yes anything above £200 within 30 days abroad is charged at 3%

Yes, you’d be charged 3p on a withdrawal of ~
£201 and 3% on all further withdrawals for the rest of the rolling month
