Wouldn’t it be best to let users manually send reminders whenever they want?

When someone owes, there is usually an understanding of when they’ll pay. Usually it will be either a case of straight away or when pay day rolls around.
What would be pretty sweet was if the reminders were smart enough to go out the day before payday.
‘Hey Bob, don’t forget you owe Jim for that lunch the other week.’

Sorry to whack on about this. Now having said conversation with the person owing money and first response was “I haven’t had any notifications” 
I really think this should be implemented. Fine, disable it by default or make it manual, but something needs to be in place.

Ahhhh yes, if I don’t get a notification about it, it can’t be real! 
Something small but would make a big difference to comfortability with doing bigger bill splits
