Your notification with Lloyds was all ready before I left, its now down to lloyds when they release it, altho June looked likely.

Will pots / virtual cards be similar to Monzo/starling or more bolted on?
It’s a shame as I’d go back to Lloyds if they just got their issues with apple pay etc sorted.

Adding a card has been fixed.
Ultra card declines not fixed afaik.

There is a fix for apple pay, it was done when I raised it, the issue is, the information was late to filter through to front line staff, then moved from fountain to something else lol

Similar to Monzo as the higher ups kept banging on about Monzo in every team meetings.

Ultra card issue was never sent over from what I know, never saw it on Jira. lol

How was the idea of removing all caps within the app for transactions? Or that a no go?
Design team never entertained it, mention of Accessibility would always kill the convo.
Altho I did build a sideload, tested and gave it to them with a note how tidy it looks. lol

I personally don’t find all caps easier to read, but I am not dyslexic so I guess all caps matters to dyslexics.
I struggle with all caps. My brain instantly switches off.

Just the latter tbh 
I also can’t write by hand, looks like a 5 year old wrote it. End up putting the letters in the wrong place 
And when speaking I’ll sometimes mix a few words in one (very rare) or stutter when reading out loud from a screen.
Otherwise I’m fine 
Last question from me and asked before, is the Halifax Brand going with all the focus on Lloyds ?

Eventually, We heard bit of murmur halifax would close and they’d operate on flagship branch, with Lloyds and Hfx as one. Branch uniform has become 1 across both. Flagship on TCR will have lloyds branding alongside hfx.
