I’m exactly the same. I thought I’d open a Club Lloyds just for a referral fun and ended up working my way through building a new customer profile and got the Ultra card. :face_with_peeking_eye:

Then I thought I’d close my years old Halifax cos why would I have 2 current accounts with the same banking group, but ended up opening a second Halifax account for a Nationwide switch bribe rather than switching it out. :joy: The switch bribes can’t entice me to move my main finances over cos their apps keep missing the key features that I need.

Even after seeing how they dealt with my OH’s recent account hack via telephone banking, I just thought ā€œThis could happen at any other banks.ā€ :woman_shrugging:t2:

I reckon I’d have another credit card with them well before I could build another customer profile with other banking groups for the same amount of credit limit.

Lloyds recruiter reached out to me for an Eng role…didn’t they just have some layoffs?

If I get tempted enough to commit to the interview I’ll see what I can do..

My hot take personally is that notifications being delayed are just their slow database syncing. No sound…honestly, probably just not enough users complaining about it so they don’t prioritize it. You need to get a group together to be loud about it.

@Boring did say they were working on it but implementing it caused other issues within the app.

Chat notifications come with sound I think.

If Starling would just let people rejoin then everyone would be happy. Vibrations and notifications all round, a nice app, and good CS :confused:
