Hey nomad, PayPal issue has been discussed here, have a read for a bit of an update:

ACH debits are now enabled

We’ve identified an issue where our ACH intermediary isn’t automatically alerting us about new ACH deposits specifically when they come from PayPal. We’re working with them to get this hooked up As soon as that’s done your deposits will show up in the Monzo app, and we’ll post here about it too.
