Which colour card did you go for Jo?
I went for black. The card itself feels a bit cheap. And I don’t like the colour or texture on the front. It’s like they’re trying to get a metallic finish, but they’ve ended up with just a really bad texture. I wish they just did the colour and smooth texture from the back of the card.
I think I’m gonna order a white one at some point, as I have the VC of that and it’s

I can’t even open an account. Camera launches to take photo of ID, but camera shutter action button won’t work = glitchy!
I had this when I was signing up.
Delete the app from your phone. Try again tomorrow morning. That worked for me. I’m glad I’m not the only one who had this issue!
White is the best card imo. Interesting Jo says it feels cheap. I’d say my one is one of my more substantial and better feelings cards
When I asked them to close my account they did make it clear that I would not be able to return.
As, at the time, they wouldn’t change my actual address after I moved until after I had a bill raised at my new address (so at least a month for one of those to be produced) I decided it wasn’t really worth it and I had too many surplus accounts anyway.

Your negligence and giving out an OTP to a fraudster doesn’t mean every fintech is bad.
That’s you and your issues need addressing.

I can’t remember exactly how long it took. But 3 weeks I think it took for me?
Tbh I like the app and the rates etc they offer. CS has also been quick and efficient whenever I’ve emailed them. So to me they’re a contender for main once they offer an OD etc

Oh really! I’ll wait and see then. Since I’ve applied they’ve pulled the easy access saver, “no longer available” on website 
I was approved instantly a few weeks ago.
I’ve also still got the option to apply for instant access savings…
