LG G4 notification vibration not working

Anyone else use Monzo (prepaid) on an LG G4?? I cannot get the notifications to vibrate - just get sound. All other apps notifications on the phone vibrate OK. Any ideas??

try upgrading to the current account and see if that solves your problem. The prepaid is ending in a few weeks so they are not going to be working on the prepaid app
