Money aside, it seems pretty exemplary as a response.
(Strangely enough, it’s the type of thing that would make me more loyal rather than less - as long as it didn’t keep happening, obvs).

yeah if that had been the response when it happened id have probably kept the account open
The account is so basic.
No ability to amend categories is probs my biggest dislike because then I can’t align my spending properly.
That, and no type of pot/vault to store money aside save all being in the same place.
I did notice a soft search from Kroo a few days ago which I wasn’t aware they would need to do.
Overdraft coming soon maybe?
Oh yeah, I was just talking about the reply to the complaint rather than the feature set.
I’ve not gone near Kroo because I have overdosed on fintech.
Revolut should buy Kroo for the licence. Revolut already does Kroo’s USP better.
Sadly, I suspect whatever problems are holding up Rev’s licence won’t be resolved by purchasing Kroo. If it’s something to do with corporate governance, fit and proper persons, ring fenced structures etc, I’m pretty sure that (if Revolut bought Kroo) they’d be required to keep it at an arm’s length and unintegrated until whatever the problems were are resolved.
Sadly, yes.
Ah, no chance for me
Traditional can be instant. I think part of their problem is half their processes are still prepaid card style processes.
Think this happens as they have too many brackets but not sure
Do you know what platform they’re on now / moving to?
ummmm ok kroo but i aint your customer so dont really care lol

What a strange thing to say moments before you post the email (which every Kroo customer has received anyway) in full.
That wasn’t my point. Never mind.
To be fair I keep getting Kroo emails despite not being a customer anymore.
Isn’t that in par with other instant access savings accounts (Chip @ 3% - changing to interest from its current ‘bonus’ model).
Not too sure. But you don’t have to do anything for it, just have money in your main account.
I assume Kroo doesn’t do a hard search when opening an account?
No they don’t, at least not that I can see on any of my reports. There’s a soft check I think though.
Edit: oooo I have a 3 again, how exciting
