I was in Japan last week, a friend of mine who now lives there was able to download the app from the Japanese Google Play Store. I suspect that she might have problems when it comes to entering an address, but as the app seems accessible elsewhere I was wondering if some global roll out had gone on behind the scenes without much publicity. It seems you cant open an account if you live in the United States ? Not even for frequent travelers ?
