Issue: when tapping the + or - button in budget category, the screen jumps away from its position. The amount changes but is no longer under my finger. If I continue to tap the view jumps up and down. : current (not sure)
**Details to reproduce: this functions correctly when at top of the list, but if I scroll so the top widget is no longer visible, this problem begins.
