In bug reports you’re supposed to answer the questions you’ve left blank so they can try and replicate it at their end to find the cause 
At the very least they’ll need to know your OS and App Version.

ah I assumed this was not version dependent but iOS and latest version (not beta of new UI - which I dislike!)
