Receiving incorrect printed account statement

Issue: Twice I’ve tried to request a printed and stamped joint account statement, however both times I have received only a personal account statement in the mail.

Details to reproduce: Use the in-app help section to find the “Getting a Bank Statement” article. Click the linked text “let us know here”. Select Joint Account. Select “Printed and posted bank statement”. Select a recent date range.
