Despite being reported some time ago I’m still getting the ‘unable to load’ error when using 3D Touch on Monzo icon.
What have you tried doing to resolve this?
uninstalling and redownloading several times to no avail.
It has being going on over 3 or 4 iOS updates and several Monzo updates
Last time I had a big (not this one) I took a screenshot and sent it in the in app chat, they passed it onto the relevant people in their teams to look into it
