Hey everyone,

I’m Carl, a Lead Product Designer here at Monzo - working on Monzo Business for the last couple of years.

I wanted to share something new that we have been working on to help businesses better understand their cash flow.

Introducing Insights - You may have already noticed this replace Trends in your app’s navigation bar. Insights aims to help you better understand your company’s performance and cash flow. You will be able to see your income and your spend side-by-side to help you understand your net position for a given time frame (minimum app version 5.60.0 required).

We’ve also made it easier to see time frames that matter to you - you can now switch between months, years, or UK tax years in a tap using the new segmented control below the chart.

We’ve got more planned for Insights in the future, but in the meantime we’d love to hear your thoughts and feedback!

My partner has just completed her tax return using business insights and I can confirm that was much less stressful for her and for me too!!
