The Premium Travel T&C’s have ‘cruise’ specifically defined as a trip. It didn’t used to (in 2021) but in 2022 the T&C’s had it included. We cruised in 2019, 2021 & 2022 and had to take the mandatory extra insurance in 2019 & 2021. But the T&C’s satisfied the Cruise company in 2022

A holiday or journey (including a cruise) which is a round trip, starting from when you leave your home or place of business (whichever is the later), and which ends on your return to your home or place of business (whichever is the earlier) and which doesn’t exceed 45 days.”

No, but I did notice that if you go through the upgrade flow it propgates a different IPID, which changes to Family cover or Individual cover (limits are the same, people covered are different). But on the web you only see the ‘indiviudal cover’ one

Cruises are covered, but not to the same extent as my Admiral policy covers them i.e. missed port cover, itinerary changes, cruise interruption.

Just decided to go for Extra from Plus and save £2 a month. Don’t think I’ll miss much from Plus, as the cash back I had got from international transfers was a lot less than I thought anyway.

I imagine it’s because Gail’s and Pret are largely regional chains as opposed to Greggs who are more national…

Out of curiosity - all you early Max plan users - what does the card look like in the ‘stack’ at the top of Home - is it just coral or is it burnt-coral? Screenshot?

Yea, the picture if it in the card holder, shows is off waaaay better than any other pic.
Well, I just bought travel insurance separate to Monzo, so there’s no reason for me to get Max now!

My Perks card’s just come through the door - great considering I didn’t order first thing in the morning and mulled it over til about lunch time! At first, was a little gutted because it does look just like a regular hot coral card… but when you look closer, it does have a glittery-shimmer when the light hits it just right:
Also, this is a nice touch on the back! Shame about the quality of the printing on the lettering
