Hi Alex. Welcome to the community. Quite a few of us here have been customers for a long while, and we will always try our best to help out so feel free to ask for help and support. Just keep in mind that it is mostly fellow customers here, rather than Monzo staff, but we will always do our best.
How do you find using the Monzo app as a visually impaired customer?
I like it a lot, most things are easy to access and the layout is intuitive, the one thing I have noticed though is that for some reason it lags up when navigating the top toolbar with the profile icon, the upgrade option and stuff, but when I get past that it speeds up to normal responsiveness. I was also taking a look at the investing section and had to use the OCR recognition thing on the lessons as they wouldn’t highlight properly when going through the information, but all in all I love this a lot better than Halifax, and even better than the Starling app which has issues with navigating their spaces tab.
