How do you find using the Monzo app as a visually impaired customer?
I like it a lot, most things are easy to access and the layout is intuitive, the one thing I have noticed though is that for some reason it lags up when navigating the top toolbar with the profile icon, the upgrade option and stuff, but when I get past that it speeds up to normal responsiveness. I was also taking a look at the investing section and had to use the OCR recognition thing on the lessons as they wouldn’t highlight properly when going through the information, but all in all I love this a lot better than Halifax, and even better than the Starling app which has issues with navigating their spaces tab.
I am new to the Monzo community and wanted to take a moment to say hello. I recently started using Monzo and have been really impressed with how simple and user-friendly it makes managing my finances.I joined the forum to learn more about getting the most out of Monzo’s features, pick up useful tips from other members, and hopefully share a few experiences of my own as I go along.I’m particularly interested in learning more about budgeting tools, smart saving habits, and how others use Monzo to keep their finances organized and under control.
