NatWest allow you to add your own icons to payments. As an older user who often needs their glasses but forgets them (!), having a recognisable icon against a payee gives me a lot more confidence that I’m paying the right person/business from my favourite payees

Firstly, as a suggestion you might want to redact your email from the profile. I’ve also adjusted your idea to move it from done for you as this, unless someone else comes along to correct me, has been asked for a number of times, but not I don’t think actioned as yet.
