I’ve noticed the “I don’t recognise this transaction” screen on the Android app. I would have expected some information about the potential option of raising a dispute / chargeback.
Also, it might be useful at this point to show that the type of card transaction i.e. PIN verified, Contactless (No verification) or eCommerce and whether or not that transaction was 3DS Secure approved or not… does Monzo provide 3DS?
