That doesn’t change the fact that it’s completely unacceptable to have a technical issue ongoing since October 2023.
It’s clearly impacting enough customers for them to have an internal bulletin, for multiple people to post on here, and for people to post on other sites.
There should be zero tolerance of a technical issue existing for this long.
Interesting. Would the iPhone 16 Pro be eligible, it does say iPhone 16, but don’t want to have a gotcha moment.

I think the big challenge will be that the funds have clearly gone elsewhere. In the two years since I banked with FD Insights doesn’t seem to have changed.
Whereas in that time we’ve had budgets, improved categories and additional accounts in the big house.
I had the same issues with HSBC.
They are no better, they just have a higher quantity of half-baked crap in their app. I don’t subscribe to the theory of FD being neglected.
It’s less of a “big house” vs “small house” issue and more along the lines of the entire street being utter sh*te. They just can’t do tech well.
Each to their own though. They clearly meet your needs. Perhaps my standards are too high.

Paid for a drink earlier, heard the machine beep but no transaction come through for contactless.
My food contactless payment come through fine and the other bits I’ve bought today, minus Halfords earlier.

No, worked fine for me in London today on both the credit and debit. Gotta get those reward points in trips to the Big Smoke.
Could just be delayed for the drink, but I had an issue elsewhere too.

My Halfords transaction hasn’t shown up on Lloyds at all. Didn’t check at the time but definitely said approved on the machine.

What’s the card like
I have known it previously where the transaction list hasn’t caught up even if the notifications and available balance have. But normally that resolves itself within an hour or so.

It showed after midnight, no notification at the time of purchase or anything in the app either until then. .
I’ve had that issue, I don’t know whether it’s after a certain time of day or number of transactions, sometimes a card payment will not display in the pending list - however the available balance and Balance after Bills updates ok - then similar to you - it seems to right itself after midnight.
So had someone call me from HSBC Premier (after I closed the account) I think they was a relationship manager or something. Long story short they convinced me to reopen premier. So looks like I’m back with HSBC Premier. Guess they lost a fair few customers in the change to requirements so started to try get people back?
How did they do this? Any concessions?
They convinced be due to the changes to premier, such as the Square Health perk. As currently spending around £50-£60 with Bupa a month. Not planning on stopping Bupa until I have looked at Square Health fully. But they also mentioned Premier wealth which I’m not set on yet. He did say that there should be better partner offers coming (Like the Apple one) in the near future.
