I came here to ask the exact same thing about the process map. Looks great, can you share the tool?

We mostly use a tool called Whimsical to create flow charts like the one we did for Impersonation Fraud.

Unfortunately we can’t post a more detailed view of the flow chart because it contains some stuff that we can’t share publicly, sorry about that! The image is just there to give a sense of the tools we use and how we map out our systems and processes :slight_smile:
