How to set up multiple categories for a transaction?

Hello! I can see that, with Monzo Extra, I should be able to assign multiple categories to a transaction. But I can’t figure out how to do this. When I select edit category, there is no clear option to assign multiple categories. It’s also not possible to select more than one category at a time (I’ve added a screenshot). I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but to no avail. What am I missing??

Pull the page down a bit. I have a “Pick more than one” toggle at the top, but I think you have to pull it down once and then it stays uncovered.

No joy sadly, still no multiple categories option :cry: but thank you for the suggestion!

Selecting multiple categories works with:

  • Monzo Personal Account
  • Flex
  • Connected Accounts

It does not work with:

  • Monzo Joint account

I’m not sure about Business Accounts as I don’t have one.

Ah this is the answer - it’s a joint account. Sad!
