Do you have access to the email address you used to sign up for the account? If so, enter that email, and Monzo will send you a magic link to help you log into the account.

If you don’t have access to that email address then you’ll need to follow the steps in this help article

Make sure you’re using the email you registered with too.

I’d suggest in your next comment, or if you’re speaking to support, to include some more detail on why you can’t log in, the steps you’re taking, and any error messages you’re receiving. You’ve not given us much to go off.

And if you can’t remember the phone number/email associated with the account, or have lost access to them, then you can also email help@monzo.com with your account number, new email, and selfie. The screenshot below explains the steps if you can’t remember the email/phone you originally signed up with!
