How to create new Categories

I am trying to create a new category in my personal Monzon account.

When I have made a payment transaction with my Monzo card and the category I wish to assign it too, isn’t visible to select, how can I create a new category so it is assigned correctly?

I can only view 13 Categories that you can assign your transactions and allow tracking of payments for a new category?

although there are rumours of it coming in the new Monzo Plus (or whatever theyr calling it this time)
