Trying to search a transaction and I can only see 6 months back in time. Is there any way to search all transactions on my statements?
When I search it reaches back to my first transaction - Jan 2017
You should be able to see every transaction made.
I can rewind through several years of transactions.
A few users have reported this issue. Have you tried uninstalling the Monzo app, restarting your phone, downloading & installing the Monzo app, logging in to the Monzo app?
This generally clears random issues.
I’ve tried reinstalling and it worked! Thanks!
