How do i find out my account number and sort code

Hi there

I have lost my phone I am trying to log into the emergency site on my laptop but its not working I need to find out my account details so someone can transfer me some money

Is there a way of getting them ? I have eailed the help desk but no responce

You can’t get your details on the app either. You need to use the app. You can try phoning the number on the back of your card. Not sure if they give out account number over the phone though. Otherwise your only other option is emailing help@monzo.com.

It’s not any help but strangely the web version doesn’t tell you your account details so it wouldn’t help anyway :neutral_face:
