It used to be that when you wished to contact Monzo, you could send a message in the help section of the app.
I no longer have an option to chat.
I only get ‘help’ articles, and none of them help with my particular query.
So I call the phone number, and get taken through the automated system to end up with being told to ‘Message us in the app’.
How do you message Monzo in the app if there is no option to do so?
