Help documentation is poor

So monzo are very keen we should work things out ourselves, but the documentation is poor so they need to improve it. Problems include:

  1. Lack of detail, eg doesn’t explain committed spending not included in summary.
  2. Images of screens in documentation are too small to read.
  3. Not clear how you get to the screen shon.
  4. Often out of date, eg says to use plus symbol to create pot, but this is no longer the case
  5. Often says do x, but no idea where you get to do x.
  6. Shows several screens at once without logic and too small eg
  7. Google cant be relied uon to find up to date information and monzo don’t have an easy alternative.
