Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2

Anyone else seen it yet? I saw it last night and thought it was utterly fantastic.

Marvel are really doing everything right at the moment.

Don’t want to give anything away but Kurt Russell was fantastic.

I really wanna see it but I hate the cinema with a passion so I am an alternative viewer, just need to wait for a little longer

I also saw it last night! I’m a huge Marvel fan… But I can’t think of a recent film I’ve walked away so happily from :stuck_out_tongue: I thoroughly enjoyed it, and you’re right, Kurt Russell played his part excellently

We need spoiler tags, similar to reddit, on these films & TV threads

Intreaguing :open_mouth: I’ve not played extensively with this forum platform yet haha!
Cheers

As with any Marvel movie, I was there for the midnight release of the film in IMAX. I thought it was a terrific film but sadly the die hard comic fans that I call my friends lumped it in with the reboot of Fantastic 4. As you can understand I am currently seeking new friends…

The comic timing of the whole movie was perfect. Drax in particular, they’ve really found what works with that character.

Hello
Me and my girlfriend went to see this Saturday we really enjoyed it :+1: …I didn’t really like the big CGI opening to the film(SPOILER!!! With little groot dancing around and the actor’s trying to act like they can see him I just didn’t really think it worked but enjoyed the rest of that scene) if I’m entirely honest, we watched it at cineworld :movie_camera: in Ipswich, she works in the bury st Edmunds branch so we got 2 free tickets, 2 tango ice blasts :beers: and a large popcorn for 7.29 with her 40% off and of course I paid with my monzo card :monzo:
But don’t get me wrong I loved the film

Saw it the other Friday. It’s fantastic. Eagerly waiting Vol. 3.

Going to watch this tonight, cannot wait
