Flex usages following a late payment


I’m just wondering what the process is for being able to use flex again after a missed payment? Following a change in job & general mismanagement on my part, I was unable to meet my flex payment. Told Monzo, they were great & frozen it & the interest. However I have now paid everything up to date (& extra) but flex still says I’m behind.

Is that flex revoked for future use possibly? Thanks in advance!! :slightly_smiling_face:

Nobody here will know. You’ll need to ask Monzo.

You’ll need to ask them to remove the breathing space/promise to pay (if applied?) Before you can use it again.
