The seller still has the same legal responsibilities as any online seller - the product has to work as expected and either way you have 14 days in which you can return it for any reason.
The only potential issue could be actually getting the money back. Buy it on a credit card, that way you are covered by section 21, so if the seller does default on their legal obligations you can claim back through the credit card company.
Not a chance at the moment. You’ll be hard pushed to find a reasonably priced 1080 never mind anything from this generation.
I’m keeping an eye on Scan.co.uk and seeing when pre-orders pop up. I may not get it for another month or two but I’m not going to pay over the odds for it. They’re already expensive at their RRP.
The other thing to keep in mind is that Cyberpunk 2077 is very heavy on the CPU. It’ll take as many threads as you can give it. I can get a solid 60fps out in the scrubland, but as soon as AI starts appearing, crowds and traffic etc, I’m down to the mid 40s.
