Other than N26, Wise, Monese, Bunq and Revolut, are there any banks in the EU, fintech or not, that will open an account for a UK resident?
I am looking to have an account so I can withdraw cash from Greek ATMs free of charge. Greece passed a new law last year, that forces Greek banks to charge very little to nothing on withdrawals from EU-issued (SEPA area) debit cards. I’m looking for an EU card issuer that fits the bill. Any ideas?

https://www.medirect.com.mt/ This is the best option by far. No maintenance fees, free physical debit card with a Maltese bin (Malta is EU and Eurozone). Customer service is also entirely in English as English is an official language in Malta. I have heard of non-residents having issues with Sabadell with certain online banking pages lacking an English version and customer service struggling with providing help in English. They also charge hefty fees anyway so just use the Maltese bank.

No, it uses the same card for both it’s GBP and EUR accounts which has a Uk bin. So any ATM will recognise it as a uk card.
N26 won’t open accounts for UK residents. Wise issues UK cards so gets hit with the ATM charges.
