Double entry on scheduled payments

Not a major problem, as I’m sure only one debit will come out, but I’ve noticed two entries for the same scheduled payment in my list.
It’s Smarty (mobile) plan for £10 listed twice?
I don’t want to delete one in case it ‘corrects’ itself, any ideas why?
I’ve already deleted and reinstalled app, but its still present?

I think from when I used smarty in the past that they take their monthly payment using continues card payment authority and not by direct debit unless this has changed recently

I clicked on this anticipating an accountancy conundrum, alas!
