Disputing a Payment.

Hello, I purchased an air fryer from Kitchen Hof over a month ago, they are uncontactable, don’t reply to emails, answer their phones, live chats or anything. I have raised a dispute with Monzo and they are looking into it. Does anyone know if I am likely to get my money back?
