Issue:
I’ve been unable to open the Instant Access Savings Pot - at the final screen, it says ‘error’. And none of the existing help pages have solved this - directing me to update my App, which hasn’t worked.
It turns out the problem was I’d reached my limit of 20 normal pots. Once I deleted one of these, I could create the savings pot. This wasn’t obvious to me - and wasn’t flagged anywhere in the help pages as a potential issue.
Suggest updating the help pages, or update the app - so there may always the option to open a ‘21st’ pot - when seeking to open the savings pot.
