In July 2024, I took out what I believed to be a Fixed rate ISA powered by OakNorth. This is now coming to maturity & I wanted to transfer it to another provider. Monzo declined my request saying it was a Fixed rate savings pot & not an ISA, as they have NEVER provided this type of product. However, according to www.finder.com Monzo did offer products from third parties until early 2025.

When looking at your Savings pots, you will see what kind of pot it is just under the name. If it’s an ISA, it will say there.
As others have said, and after double checking myself, looks like Monzo have never offered a fixed rate ISA product, either through a partner (like OakNorth) or directly. Only Easy Access Cash ISAs, or standard Fixed Rate Savings (not ISA).
