So I had to contact Starling within the last 30 minutes to check on something. Message went through, then got a someone will be with you in approx 20 minutes. Problem all sorted.
If I’d wanted to do this with Monzo I’d of had to message them tomorrow as chat is currently closed to me.
That’s always a kick that you can’t just message and have them reply when they are back in the office. However 9 times out 10 when you can send a message the responses have been dealt with efficiently.
The exception with Monzo is generally anything urgent (fraud) you can report there and then and usually get a quickish response.
