Given that chat takes so long to respond at peak times I still cannot see why Monzo after so many years insist on such low limits, at least let users who are confident in their spending define their own limits.
Monzo has the one of if not the lowest online faster payments limit in the UK.
I made Monzo my main account some time and find it incredibly frustrating to move money around for example to a Marcus savings account or a freetrade trading account. I literally do it in 10k batches once a day as its less frustrating than trying to contact support each time.
Barclays for example has £50k limits and most banks have 20-25k, why does Monzo stay on 10k? Starling is on 25k and revolute just went the max 250k.
