So I’ve had payments from friends recently for some shared expenses, and in my Home screen it displays first initial, then surname (i.e. J Smith) - it’d be amazing if we could simply set a custom nickname for this to make it more recognisable.
Fully agree! Another use case: I have a few other accounts with other banks, and trying to remember if the one I want to send money to is the one in the form (INITIALS)(SURNAME) or (SURNAME)(INITIAL) or even (FIRST NAME) etc. Is quite the pain.
Would have thought that it should pick up the Contacts List that you have, considering Payments section has permissions to your Contacts?

It’d be ideal for us to also tie a nickname to each sort code/account number. For example, when transferring to someone who has a business/personal account, I could use Dan - B or Dan - P so I know (a) who it’s going to and (b) which one of their accounts.
