Connected accounts (Amex) - refresh problems: duplicate/missing transactions

Thanks for the report, this might be a combination of the other two. Can I ask you to wait until we fix them and then see what the behaviour is?

I’ve made another transaction too which is currently pending. I haven’t pressed the manual refresh button though, so I don’t know if doing so would cause it to duplicate still.

We believe we have a fix ready to go and would like some volunteers to test it with. If you have the duplicate/missing transactions problem and would be happy to test this please DM me your Monzo email address and I’ll enable it for your account.

I know longer seem to be experiencing this issue - as of about 1-2 weeks ago!

Mine corrected itself a few weeks ago :slightly_smiling_face: I haven’t had any issues since, although I have only made a couple of transactions on my Amex card since then. I don’t think I used the manual refresh button since whilst either of the recent transactions were still pending, so I don’t know if doing so would have messed it up again.

The fix is now live for everyone. If you still have any issues with duplicates/missing transactions on Amex connected credit cards please let us know
