I am new to Monzo and I have a committed spend upcoming that I can’t seem to edit and don’t know where it came from?

You can’t edit a pending transaction greyed out like that.
If you go to Payments > Scheduled does it show it?

If you find the original payment by using search on the main page - click on the transaction and scroll down to the repeating transaction toggle - make sure it’s not turned on.
