Interesting. I thought they had to have the UK part to show it was a stand alone entity (or something like that).

Looks nicer in wallet to be fair. Curious about “accidentally” losing my card but can’t imagine it’ll be the new stock so soon. Might do it in a month.

Not quite as much as I first thought, but if you showed me that design with no account moniker on it I’d have guessed it was an updated Kinetic card before I guessed it was a Premier card.

As much as it pains me to agree, I do prefer the new designs as well.
It helps that Red is one of my top 5 favourite colours.
The metallic logo does look nice on the physical WE card. It’s definitely a step up.

I think it helps that the HSBC logo is smaller. The surrounding text feels less squashed.
I tend to agree, not having seen the real version of the redesign. Looks so much nicer in Apple Pay, took me a few moments. Since I only ever pay using the physical card will be keen to see the plastic version.
It’s still called HSBC UK Bank plc. It’s only the cards that appear to have changed.

The image of the “physical” card on the HSBC website shows HSBC UK logo on it. And the refreshed Premier World Elite also does the HSBC UK logo.

Now that the UK Premier debit card’s been updated, the Singapore Premier debit card design just looks even more ridiculous since the logo’s the wrong way round……
Anyone know why banks are still doing Savings Cards?
Because some customers still want them.
