I just spoke to customer services to see if I could swap out my old existing premier debit card, the lovely lady said not for a while.

Yes I would have thought it’s a bit too early. Even in the app, the embossed design is still showing.
I wouldn’t bother asking to replace it just yet.
Nice. What’s the Premier Recognition card all about?
I think recognition is the premier card given to family of a premier member.
Maybe this question has expired, although I did notice that Ulster Bank still uses the old form for child accounts.
It feels like every Natwest/RBS subsidiary uses an almost identical website with just the logo swapped out and presumably similar back end services.
Maybe they are just keeping the old form up because it is still used in some places.
Correct. Unfortunately, it’s valid until your 18th birthday, and the only real perk was the same emergency services as normal premier customers and the ability to ask for a replacement debit card at any HSBC Premier beach (worldwide).
I heard they would give you a premier debit card, but this myth was disproven

I’d forgotten about the world card. Possibly my favourite HSBC design and would switch the current premier card for it, if I could.

They are nice, just a shame the app is rubbish, and I cannot stand the font.
I honestly have to disagree. Obviously it’s subjective but this card is just so badly laid out in my mind.

Lied to me multiple times, locked themselves out of my account, then seemed surprised after five days of not being able to access any of my money (I wasn’t even allowed to go to branch with photo ID because their made up “special fraud team” didn’t let Branch colleagues deal with them) that I wanted to take it to the ombudsman.
The FOS didn’t see it that way and were more than happy to aware me compensation.
They can get in the sea.
